Tollbar Racing provided a thoroughly professional job for Joshua in his first ever season of car racing. The atmosphere of the team was great with a healthy level of rivalry, expertly managed by Michael Flounders and the team. In 2011 my son, William, and I had the pleasure of racing with Mike and Mary at Tollbar. Theirs was the most professional outfit we have been with in motorsport - Mike's attention to detail and hours spent preparing the car before race weekends, and his ability to get on with the young drivers, and get the best out of them, meant that going into every race meeting we knew the car would be quick and everything would run smoothly.
